Prompt number thirty-three, "dusk."
The title, blue hour, refers to the fact that at dawn and at dusk, the sky takes on a beautiful cobalt blue colour.
Dusk is getting later and later, but on the flipside, the time will soon come that my beloved and I can watch it getting dark in the warmth of the spring / summer air, and I cherish that thought very much. So, I quickly improvised something based on that thought, and the feelings of love and intimacy that it gives me.
I ended off with the stereotypical bell chime that is rung round these parts to mark the hours, thinking that dusk was marked at 18:45. I'm... not too far off? Dusk today was at 18:58 GMT.
