Prompt number thirty-four, "faith."

The melody I used for the "chorus" section was based on a sheet I scrawled on mobile Sketchbook in this post years ago. The rest was improvised in a matter of minutes. I do want to make a lyrical version of this at some point in the future, who knows.

I wanted to convey, in this piece, how faith and optimism are two different things to me -- faith is the act of not letting go of the things I hold dearest to me when any optimism about things getting better is lost.
