Prompt number thirty-seven, "hope."
This is a theme that actually dates back to 2008; the last time I attempted to do this I basically fudged it on Mario Paint Composer. Now, I'm fudging it on FL (and I feel, big time), but it's the best that I can do. It's been a hard one for me to do. Hope is a hard thing to hold on to these days.
I suppose that in the deepest of darkness, I want there to be hope.
In the darkness that I endured in 2008, I wanted there to be hope, and a way out.
The only way out is forward.
As a point of trivia, everything you hear has been played live (with the octave melodies done in a separate take). Those major 10ths you hear in the accompaniment? That's my hand span.
